The latest in meeting technology at the MIS
Our venue is off to Madrid to attend one of the leading corporate event tourism events: the Meeting & Incentive Summit (MIS) organised by Grupo Eventoplus.
This time round you can take part in a range of activities including micro-meetings, networking sessions and training activities. However, remember to leave room in your diary for visiting the finest destinations and their venues on the same day.
We recommend Valencia, where you’ll be able to find out about the Conference Centre which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Our team will show you how after 2,700 events and two million attendees, the building is at its very best.
Numerous improvements in facilities and audiovisual equipment have been added to the versatility Norman Foster’s design brings to the venue and which make it one of the most cutting-edge and competitive conference centres in Spain and around the world. Thanks to investments of around €1.8 million, the Centre has been equipped with latest generation projection systems featuring laser and DLP technology up to 30,000 lumens, screens up to 11 metres long, 4K technology cameras fitted with 20x optical zoom, new LINE ARRAY electro-acoustic systems in the main auditoriums, DICENTIS IP-based conference systems, the INTEGRUS digital simultaneous interpretation system and LED stage lighting. It can also offer Wi-Fi for 3,000 devices and a 500 m2 open-plan foyer area with natural light which can be darkened in just a few seconds to become a projection room.
If you’d like to get a first-hand look at all the innovations we’ve recently brought in to ensure we stay at the forefront of the conference market, remember to drop by our booth or make an appointment through Knowledge Dates or contact us by email (email@example.com).
See new ways of getting together which will inspire your forthcoming meetings; the date is 21st March at the Atlético de Madrid Wanda Metropolitano stadium’s new facilities.
We think you’ll be impressed.
