Operations to ensure safe events
The current COVID-19 pandemic situation requires close, responsible cooperation between all the actors in the MICE industry. In this context, a guide has been drawn up which includes the protocols and safety measures implemented at the Valencia Conference Centre and which is based on the recommendations of the industry's main associations and organisations, as well as the regulations issued by the health authorities.
The objective of this guide is to safeguard the health of the teams that work at events and of the attendees that participate in them, implementing measures to reduce the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
The personal attitude towards these health and safety guidelines is decisive and only by understanding the risks and adopting the necessary measures will we achieve the results we are aiming for and thus help to minimise the spread of the pandemic.
Every little bit helps.
