MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sylvia Andrés Guilló
Managing Director

Sylvia plays a pivotal role in directing all of the Centre’s departments and staff to enhance their capabilities. She coordinates teams,  creating synergies and improving their performance as well as keeping a clear vision to deliver the finest customer service which ensures the Centre’s mission is accomplished.

Daniel Sobrino Sancho
Administration, Finance & Human Resources Departments Director

Daniel coordinates administration and finance, human resources and audits. His other key responsibilites include monitoring the Centre’s income and expenditure, supervising customer and supplier payments and ensuring they are made with full transparency.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT & PROCESSES

Luis Pérez Granero
Quality Management and Processes Manager

Luis is responsible for process mapping and its implementation, continuous improvement and adaptation. He is also in charge of regularly upgrading the ERP which reflects the entire process map with transparency and clarity to provide efficiency and quality

MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY

Francisco Reig Aleixandre
Building Management and Security Department Director

Francisco is in charge of maintaining the building and ensuring it is always ready to hold conferences and events, in line with its status as a leading meeting venue. His key tasks centre on fine tuning and constantly renewing machinery, systems, and supplies and introducing structural improvements. He coordinates the building’s maintenance, security and audiovisual teams along with occupational health and safety

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

Yolanda Arlandis Pérez
Occupational Health and Safety and Maintenance Manager

Yolanda supervises the everyday tasks required to prevent incidents and comply with occupational health and safety standards. She also helps with maintaining the building’s systems and facilities.

Operations Department Director

Juan Antonio directs the Operations department and team to ensure the success of all the events staged.

 

Mónica Lull María
Event Production and Logistics Manager

Mónica is responsible for the sale of services and scheduling material and human resources for holding events. She mentors customers and organisers, and supports and advises them through all the stages of the event.

Desire Pardines Cardona
Event Production and Logistics Manager

Desire is responsible for the sale of services and scheduling material and human resources for holding events. She mentors customers and organisers and supports and advises them through all the stages of the event.

Hermi Canet Primo
Event Production and Logistics Manager

Hermi is responsible for the sale of services and scheduling material and human resources for holding events. She mentors customers and organisers and supports and advises them through all the stages of the event.

Lina Bueno Pelechano
Event Production and Logistics Assistant

Lina manages services for exhibitors, draws up product and service presentations and helps with event schedules.

Amador Chicharro Gil
Technical, Computer and Audiovisual Services Manager

Amador is responsible for managing technical, computer and audiovisual services when getting ready for events and also while they are being held. He is also in charge of handling and operating technical equipment: projectors, sound, lighting, etc.

Carlos is responsible for managing technical, computer and audiovisual services when getting ready for events and also while they are being held. He is also in charge of handling and operating technical equipment: projectors, sound, lighting, etc.

Encarna is in charge of attracting new domestic, European and international meetings and corporate business events. She coordinates the team and directs the prior research that is essential for active event marketing and confirmation.

Julia Suárez García
Events Sales Manager

Julia is in charge of marketing to attract corporate events: domestic and international company conventions and events whose marketing and closure deadlines and channels are less predictable and call for significant creative and audiovisual resources.

Mónica Falcó Romero
Conference Sales Manager

Mónica is in charge of marketing to attract meetings to the venue, i.e. medical, scientific, professional and other kinds of conferences. She focuses on domestic, European and international events that bring business tourism and a high economic impact to the city.

Adelina Pedrós Vayá
Conference Sales Manager

Adelina is in charge of marketing to attract meetings to the venue, i.e. medical, scientific, professional and other kinds of conferences. She focuses on domestic, European and international events that bring business tourism and a high economic impact to the city.

Magdalena Cervera Cervera
Booking Manager

Magda delivers an immediate, complete and efficient venue booking service for events that provide crucial income for the Centre and whose negotiation and closure periods are often very short. These include concerts and shows that are open to the public with spectacular sound and lighting montages.

Trinidad Aguilar Navarro
Head of Institutional Communication and External Relations

Trinidad ensures the Conference Centre's corporate image is correctly used. She is also responsible for the upkeep and renewal of its corporate website and manages the Centre's appearances in the media. She is the first point of contact for specific bodies, associations and institutions.

Gracia Dolz del Castellar
Specialist in market research and corporate communication

Gracia analyses, researches and conducts studies in marketing and corporate communication and is also the Centre’s social network Community Manager
