Francisco manages resources and supervises security and maintenance processes that affect the building and its facilities, ensuring that they are in good working condition and function efficiently.

Yolanda ensures building and facility maintenance is complied with by subcontractors, handling all the necessary documentation.

Juan Antonio supervises the critical processes needed to carry out events, seeking maximum customer satisfaction, and ensuring and improving the organisation's quality standards. He contributes to the organisation’s revenue by increasing sales of the services involved in holding an event, optimising resources. His role also encompasses compliance with the applicable legal and administrative requirements.

Congress Operations Manager

Mónica ensures, organises and supervises the material and human resources needed to provide the services required for national and international congresses, conventions and events lasting more than one day (with the exception of technical events), satisfying customer needs and meeting the organisation’s profitability, quality and customer satisfaction criteria. She contributes to revenue by increasing sales of the services involved in holding an event.

Sergio ensures, organises and supervises the audiovisual, computer and human resources required for national and international congresses, conventions and events lasting more than one day, satisfying customer needs and meeting the organisation’s profitability, quality and customer satisfaction criteria.

Encarna Soler Sánchez
Sales Director

Encarna attracts new business including conferences, congresses and corporate meetings to the Conference Centre. She coordinates the team and channels the research tasks necessary for the active marketing and confirmation of events.

Julia Suárez García
Corporate Sales Manager

Julia performs sales activities aimed at attracting domestic and international conventions and corporate events whose timelines and channels are less predictable and require the deployment of significant creative and audiovisual resources. This involves proactive management, visiting event agencies and companies to promote the Conference Centre as a venue for their meetings, as well as reactive management when dealing with requests for conventions that are sent to the Conference Centre. Her role also includes selling the venue to the congress and conference market.

Mónica Falcó Romero
Conference Sales Manager

 

Mónica attracts business (congresses, conferences) to the Centre that generates an economic impact. This includes bringing in new customers as well as maintaining and expanding the current customer portfolio involved in societies and associations.

Adelina Pedrós Vayá
Conference Sales Manager

Adelina attracts business (congresses, conferences) to the Centre that generates an economic impact. This includes bringing in new customers as well as maintaining and expanding the current customer portfolio involved in societies and associations.

Magdalena Cervera Cervera
Booking Manager

Magdalena meets potential clients (first-time and existing customers) wishing to hold local events, conferences and smaller conventions, via different channels (reception, visits, telephone, or website).

Trinidad plans, manages and implements the Conference Centre’s communication strategy to reach the goals defined in the Strategic Plan and improve the organisation's reputation and corporate image.
